There is a thing trending over on twitter, it’s people sharing photos of them making medium rare chicken!
Now before anything goes further there is a Japanese “medium-rare” chicken dish, it’s called chicken tataki, which is seared over hot coals and served mostly raw. Apparently if the chicken is sourced “from local farmers who raise the birds in hygienic conditions, and ensuring the lowest amount of time between the bird being killed and the meat being served,” it makes it slightly less risky. With that being said, making medium rare chicken at home can make you very sick!
