The United Way of Fort McMurray has a new president.
The Board of Directors elected Steve Yatauro to the position earlier this month.
He will take over for Tony Mankowski who held the title for two years.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role in an organization that I believe so strongly in, and who provides a fundamental service to the community,” said Yatauro, in a release. “I look forward to working collaboratively with the phenomenal Board of Directors in ensuring the greatest social needs of the community continue to be met.”
Yatauro has been involved with United Way’s for a quarter century in communities across North America – most recently serving as the 2017 Community Campaign chair.
