No was injured after a fire destroyed a house in Timberlea.
The blaze broke out on Monday around noon at 157 Paris Crescent, off Parsons Creek.
Fire crews used a ‘bronto’ to tower over the home and streamed water on top of it to extinguish the flames.
Bronto’s are typically used for high-level structure fires or to reach elevated fires in multi-story buildings.
Deputy Chief of Operations for RES Brad Grainger tells Mix News they’ve yet to determine the cause.
“The fire had just been put out and we haven’t had a chance to get in there and start the investigation. There’s still lots of hot spots that are being put out.”
Grainger adds as of 1:40 p.m., the house fire was under control.
