We’re talking about July 31, 1987 in Edmonton, Alberta, when an F5 tornado touched down claiming 27 lives and causing millions on millions of dollars worth of damage. I, aka Baby Steve Reeve, was all of 5 months old and was home with siblings and a baby sitter at the time. Our mom was off at a doctor’s appointment that morning, and likely could have used another afterweards. I asked her about her memories trying to get home that day, and this is what she had to say.
