Bylaw services is reminding pedestrians that anyone crossing the road must use crosswalks.
7 DriveSafe intersections will have red lights cameras, which includes four on Thickwood Boulevard, two along Franklin avenue and one on Confederation Way.
Several new locations will now be equipped with photo radars – in addition to the radars that are already set up across Wood Buffalo.
The new radars will be on Callen Drive, Coventry Drive, Heritage Drive, Christina Gordon Public School, St. Kateri Catholic School, as well as Walter and Gladys Hill Public School.
From March 27th, to April 2nd – photo radar vehicles will also be placed at Ross Haven Drive, Brett Drive, Plamondon Drive, King Street, Hospital Street as well as School Zones within the Urban Service Area
Motorists are asked to be mindful of posted speed limits and to obey traffic signals.
