Police Looking for Suspect Who Pointed a Firearm in Public

Wood Buffalo RCMP are asking for your help in locating one man who allegedly pointed a firearm.

Around 8 p.m. on Saturday, an argument between two men on the intersection of Franklin Ave and Riedel St led one to pull a gun from his pants and point it at the other individual. No shots were fired leading to no injuries.

Police arrived shortly after but were unable to find the suspect who had already fled the area.

He is described as black, in his twenties, 5’8″, thin build with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey sweater and athletic pants.
