There’s not a lot on Council’s agenda for tomorrow night’s meeting.

First up is a debrief from Deputy Chief Emergency Management Chris Graham about the heirloom retrieval or sifting process of destroyed homes.

Also on the agenda is the Review of the Capital Budget with capital projects to be suspended.

Of the 207 total active projects, 10 per cent are being recommended for deferral with five per cent recommended to be cancelled.

Projects to be moved from the suspended category to the deferral list include the Fort McKay Fire Hall and the northside multi-use facility, also known as the twin arenas.

Among the cancelled projects are the Syncrude Timberlea Althletic Park Expansion Land Acquisition along with city warm-up shelters.

Council will hear about the recommended cancellation of the capital grant for the Keyano College Theatre expansion.

In December last year, a draft agreement was proposed to the College but as of May 2 of this year, an agreement between both parties had not been reached.

And finally, Council will the recommendation to cancel two meetings in August.

Council meets tomorrow night at six.
