If you like breakfast and picnics, the RMWB may have the perfect event.
The municipality announced Wednesday that they would be hosting seven “Breakfast in the Park” events throughout the summer. The program will serve attendees with continental breakfast and give them a chance to meet and mingle with other community members.
“We’re inviting residents who are passionate about this beautiful region to come out and re-establish those friendships that make our community home,” said Roxanne Andras, project lead. “It’s also an opportunity to create new relationships with those who share in their commitment to Wood Buffalo.”
The first “Breakfast in the Park” will be this Saturday, July 16, at Helen Pacholko Park in Thickwood. The event runs from 10 a.m. until noon. You can find out more about the program by clicking here.
