CNRL charged in death of oil sands worker
Charges have been laid against Canadian Natural Resources and a small construction company, relating to the death of an oil sands worker.
The Calgary Herald is reporting that Alberta Employment confirmed last Thursday that the province has laid seven charges against CNRL and Clayton Construction of Lloydminster, two years after a 47-year old man drowned in a tailings pond.
