A plant wide shut down cost Canadian Natural Resources Limited last month. The oil sands operator is estimating production at it's Horizon project to be around 50,000 barrels per day in August, around half the output of the second quarter. CNRL says maintenance was required to address localized pipe wall thinning limited to the amine unit. |
