A Fort McMurray man recently on trial for several sexual assault charges was sentenced to one month behind bars Friday.

The former tattoo artist, who cannot be named due to a publication ban, was found not guilty on 11 of 13 charges filed against him, including five counts of sexual assault and one count of counselling to commit murder.

A judge did however find him guilty of obstruction of justice and one count of assault.
