Firefighters were called to Parsons Landing, located at 350 Parsons Creek Drive around 11:30 last night. Adam Schedlosky with the Wood Buffalo RCMP says the cause of the blaze has yet to be determined, as the ongoing investigation may last days. Schedlosky also says there have been no reports of injuries, adding that some of the residents evacuated from nearby homes have been allowed to return. Residents also reported hearing multiple explosions, Schedlosky says that was the result of the several vehicles catching fire and their fuel tanks and tires exploding.
