According to a new study from the University of Utah, bathing every day is actually quite bad for your health. Not only does it lead to skin issues like eczema, but washing too much can actually damage the human microbiome (better known as the good bacteria that lives on your skin).
So what is the right number when it comes to bathing? Science says 2 – 3 times a week is the best for your body and health.
