A Fort McMurray man is seeing criminal charges against him stayed after a crash that killed two pedestrians in Wood Buffalo last year.
Warren Anthony Graham is now facing one charge of driving without due care under the traffic safety act.
His legal counsel Lauren Garcia told Judge Stephanie Cleary on Wednesday that he is pleading not guilty to the new charge.
Graham was originally charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death after he allegedly struck and killed a 52-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man along Real Martin Drive last September.
No trial date has been set yet with both the crown and defense looking at December 2018.
