Crews will begin flushing fire hydrants next week as part of the Municipalities annual maintenance program.
The RMWB says hydrants in all communities will be flushed over the next six months to maintain the quality of water distribution systems, so they are in good working order for emergency situations.
Beginning next week, residents can expect to see crews flushing fire hydrants in Abasand and Grayling Terrace, followed by Beacon Hill and MacKenzie Industrial Park.
The municipality says you may notice water discoloration or drop in pressure during this process, but they note the water will still be safe to use.
Work is expected to be completed in September.
