BAM is back for another year.
The Business Ambush Program gives local businesses and storefronts an opportunity to decorate their windows for the seasonal makeovers.
The program allows for applications for a special winter edition, open from November 14 – 21. Residents who have a passion for painting can submit artwork for a chance to be selected to decorate other store windows.
“Having beautiful winterscapes on store windows is a great way to kick off the holiday season,” said Mayor Melissa Blake. “Not only does BAM! help to show business owners how easy it is to beautify their storefronts, but it also promotes community pride and celebrates our northern winter culture.”
BAM is a project from the Wood Buffalo Communities in Bloom which is a non-profit organization that foster civic pride, environmental responsibility and beautification through community involvement.
