A new program for businesses in the RMWB will help to get them back up and running.
The Coaching Program is dedicated to setting up local businesses for success after the wildfire and evacuation.
The program is being coordinated by the Back to Business Resource Centre.
Amanda Mercer with the BBRC explains.
“Directly it would connect the business owner or manager with one-on-one business coaching and advice with a certified management consultant throug the CMCs of Alberta,” says MErcer.
Mercer says they will help business owners and managers define issues, set priorities and establish an action plan that can be implemented immediately.
“It’s about 12 hours of support from the CMC where they get together with the business owner and talk about their issues, talk about what their needs are, what their next steps are and then create an action plan for moving forward,” says Mercer.
There are a few restrictions but all the details can be found here.
